How do I make a purchase from an EU country?

Currency Rates
Payment will be made in GB£ and your Credit/Debit card company will automatically convert it into €uros when charging it to your account, according to the current exchange rate.

Delivery Rates
Delivery charges will normally be the same as for the UK (£6.95) but in the event that it would exceed this, you will be advised first and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Delivery
Delivery would normally be made by standard postal services (First Class where
facilities exist).  In the event that an alternative method is used, you will be advised in
advance.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Although delivery within the UK may take up to ten days, we can usually despatch by First Class mail on the next working day.  In the unlikely event that there is any delay over five working days, you will be notified immediately and given the option to cancel your order if you wish.  Delivery outside the UK will usually take considerably longer

Why do you not offer discounts for quantity?
Well, to be precise, we do!  It's simply that we don't charge extra for smaller orders.
To purchase these goods from the U.S.A. supplier at the prices we pay, we have to order at least 2500 of any one design, but we supply them to you based on this same price, even if you only purchase a minimum quantity!

How can you do quality goods at these prices?
There's a couple of answers to this one. Firstly, we are constantly renegotiating with our suppliers to get the best prices we can and, secondly, we keep our running costs as low as possible to make sure that the savings are passed on to our customers.

Do your delivery charges apply to everywhere in the U.K.
Yes!  If you live in the U.K. (including the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland etc.) delivery is just £6.95

Can I place an order at weekends and Bank Holidays?
Yes, of course you can.  Obviously though, despatch is subject to the availability of the Postal services at some times.

I'm not quite sure what I need.  Can I ask your advice?
You most certainly can.  In fact, we rather enjoy hearing from our customers and we're
delighted to offer any help or advice on any of our products ……….. And even on things we don't sell!

I'm a bit worried about paying by Credit Card over the Internet.
All our credit/debit card payments are handled on an extremely secure site by Paypal, for which, incidentally, there are no surcharges. You can recognise a secure site by looking for the "padlock" icon on the taskbar or by the "https" in the address title.
But, if you're still worried, we can arrange for you to make your payment by either Cheque, by BACS Bank Transfer, directly over the counter at you own bank (but we must warn you that some banks may make a small charge for this service), or over the counter at any Post Office.
